We are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant who is looking for an opportunity to build and grow their own desk.
Job Details:
- You will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in recruitment or someone with transferrable skills within a sales environment.
- We are a small agency based in Huddersfield town centre but we have big plans.
- Sector is negotiable, we already work within the industrial area but there is plenty of scope to further this area.
- You would be expected to deal with all aspects of recruitment, from candidate attraction to onboarding. You will be aware of compliance requirements and be able to manage your own workload.
- Dealing with both clients and candidates in a professional manner.
- Excellent sales skills and comfortable contacting new clients via phone, face to face meetings.
- Huddersfield town centre-based office.
- Free town centre parking.
- Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, you must be flexible and be able to adapt to client needs as and when required.
- Casual working environment.
Salary is dependent upon experience, achievable salary rises in line with productivity, bonus payments.
